  • Stride

    Stride supports youth (16+) and adults struggling with mental health or addictions as they seek meaningful employment.

    Our team considers your unique situation, helping you prepare for employment, find a job, and encourage you as you begin your new job. Whether you choose to engage face-to-face with an employment specialist, attend regular workshops or receive support from a peer mentor, Stride helps you build the confidence and skills needed to find and keep your job.

  • CMHA - Halton

    CMHA Halton promotes Mental Health for All through support, treatment, and learning and provide services for the full continuum of community-based mental health and wellness care.

    The Canadian Mental Health Association is a nationwide, non-profit organization founded in 1918 that promotes the mental health of all and supports the resilience and recovery of people experiencing mental illness. Each year, CMHA provides direct service to more than 100,000 Canadians through the combined efforts of more than 10,000 volunteers and staff across Canada in over 120 communities.

  • Summit Housing & Outreach Programs

    Summit Housing & Outreach Programs was created in 1981 in response to the desperate need for affordable supportive housing for people living with mental health concerns. Today, Summit offers a variety of housing and clinical support services throughout Halton, including long-term case management, Assertive Community Treatment, Housing First and Justice Case Management. We also offer a Peer-led, Peer-designed Health and Wellness Program which offers opportunities to build community and belonging.

  • ADAPT

    ADAPT is the Halton Alcohol Drug and Gambling, Assessment, Prevention and Treatment services. We are a non-profit, community-based outpatient service provider, funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, the Ministry of Children Community and Social Services, Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services, the United Way and other and regional and charitable grants. We provide a full range of addictions services throughout the Halton Region.

    ADAPT’s services are free of charge and fully confidential. Our services put the person at the center of their own unique plan of care. We are committed to service excellence, are welcoming of diversity and will treat every client with dignity and respect.

  • Hope Place Centres

    Hope Place Centres are leaders in the addiction treatment sector, providing a therapeutic environment and evidence-based care to those struggling with addiction. Hope Place Centres collaborate with other specialists in psychiatry, primary care and occupational therapy, as well as practitioners from alternative healing arts, such as yoga instructors, art therapists and spiritual guides.

    Our aim is to be the preferred provider of high quality, gender-responsive addiction treatment services.
